125 mL Proteios Lysis L1 Buffer
125 mL Proteios Wash W1 Buffer
125 mL Proteios Elution E2 Buffer
Pre-packed dry 12 mL Gravity Columns (Qty 8)
The target protein of interest (POI) can be expressed with a Proteios Car9 tag at either the N-terminal or C-terminal position. Proteios Car9-tagged POI binds to the Proteios Column Resin and can be released with the addition of the Proteios Elution Buffer.
